Dry Ice Blasting
Dry ice blasting is an innovative cleaning method that uses dry ice pellets to blast away dirt, grime, and contaminants from a variety of surfaces. This process is particularly effective for mold remediation due to its ability to remove mold spores and other contaminants without leaving behind any residue or harmful chemicals.
During the dry ice blasting process, dry ice pellets are accelerated at supersonic speeds and directed at the surface to be cleaned. As the pellets impact the surface, they sublimate (i.e., change from a solid to a gas), creating a mini-explosion that dislodges dirt and grime from the surface. The dry ice pellets also kill mold spores on contact, making it an effective method for mold remediation.
