The IAQM Wood sealing product system is a uniquely-designed system of coatings that kill and inhibit the growth of microorganisms while remaining waterproof yet breathable.

A Two Step Application Process

The protection begins with a penetrating primer called Nano-Encap. Nano-Encap destroys all existing toxic spores and growth on the spot leaving a residual micro-biotic for future protection. Nano-Encap chemically locks into the substrate deterring harmful mold spores.

IAQM Wood then seals the antimicrobials into the substrate and creates a continuous film repellent surface. The entire process is geared to provide long-lasting protection.
