IAQM Vapor Barrier Wrap

IAQM VB Wrap is a liquid coating that wraps your building in a waterproof, rubber like envelope. Engineered to reduce moisture intrusion, VB Wrap is an innovative way to keep your building dry.

This unique product maintains all the great qualities that IAQM Exterior Coat has, our Breathable Exterior Water Proofing System, but VB Wrap has a lower perm rating than EC. The lower rating renders VB Wrap non-breathable and makes it an excellent alternative to other vapor barriers currently on the market.

Easily applied by roller, brush or airless sprayer, VB Wrap adheres well to substrates like plywood decking through cross-linking.

In addition to its exceptional waterproofing properties, VB Wrap has an antifungal and antibacterial protection system and is a wonderful way to prevent toxic mold from growing in your building
