We'd like to thank IAQM for your availability and fast service after Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne last year. I had just had a baby (between the two storms, actually!) and we were displaced (it's now a year later and our house is almost rebuilt finally). After our house was declared basically a total loss (down to 2x4s), we were concerned about the mold aspect of the damage (after having no power for about 5 days after Frances and 8 days after Jeanne, with the water damage settling in and the intense heat of summer, it wasn't pretty). And, with a newborn in arms, we wanted to ensure that we would have no health problems down the road due to any leftover mold or contamination.

You explained your service and how it differed from the standard mold remediation companies out there, and you were very up front about costs and your warranty. You provided the mold remediation within a reasonable time frame and were always available when we had follow up questions.

It's now August 2005, and we recently were told by our mortgage company that we needed to have the mold report for them to release some funds due to us. IAQM, you once again provided expedited service and were pleasant to deal with on the phone.

My parents lived in their home for 30 years before my family moved in. My mother was always ill and once she moved out felt better. We used all kinds of excuses for her illnesses until I started feeling bad and my children started having nose bleeds. I say many Dr's. and had very expensive test only to find nothing. That's when I decided to hire an environmentalist to come in and check the house out. I contacted two local companies with no success for remediation. I found IAQM on the Internet and I am so glad I did. Not only did they "fix" my problem, we made wonderful friends. Everyone has been accommodating and efficient.
