The wash process removes the stains associated with microbial growth on wood studs by breaking down the organic matter. IAQM Structural Wash is a safe and effective alternative to chlorine based products. Structural Wash produces no harmful by-products.

IAQM's Structural Wash is a blend which uses oxygen for removal of stains is a solid form of hydrogen peroxide but more powerful and stable than chlorine based products. It is a white, odorless powder that is activated by water where it releases oxygen which provides the stain removal action. Structural Wash is non-toxic and biodegradable.
