IAQM ReCoat

Liquid Roof coating System

IAQM Recoat is a liquid roof coating that cures against air and ultra-violet rays. Along with a polyester fabric, it can be easily applied with a roller or brush and was engineered to adhere to EPDM roofs. IAQM Recoat extends the life of an existing roof and has a 10-year warranty.

Light and Heat Reflective

IAQM Recoat dramatically reduces solar heat absorption in buildings with or without air-conditioning, reducing energy costs and paying for itself over time. Deflecting most of the heat from a building's skin, IAQM Recoat reduces temperatures to that of outside shade. It also minimizes thermal shock, surface expansion and subsequent roof deterioration, prolonging building life.

Our unique acrylic resin is manufactured exclusively for IAQM protective products. No other service provider has anything comparable. High quality silica and titanium dioxide fillers provide super chemical resistance and light reflectivity.

Environmentally Friendly

IAQM Recoat alleviates many of the environmental concerns typically associated with similar products. It contains no solvents for low environmental impact and the wet coating is easily removes from hands and tools with soap and water.
