IAQM is currently interviewing qualified individuals in all areas of the air quality industry for employment and/or business relationships. Our company is constantly looking to add new talent to our roster. Furthermore, IAQM encourages its employees to broaden their skills and supports them in continuing education within the IAQ industry.

IAQM is the sole source IAQ provider to companies representing over 3,800 locations across the United States with projects ranging from a leak under a sink to a multi-million dollar, multi-location project. IAQM is a global company as well, with personnel having investigated or serviced structures in 46 states and four countries. Based in Texas, we also have branches set up all over the country and can dispatch our exclusive Decontamination on Demand system in a matter of hours.

IAQM provides marketing and administrative support, supplies, tools, equipment and labor to help make each project a success. In addition, all of the payroll and insurance needs are provided through IAQM. We do not sub-contract any work. All work is provided through an IAQM-trained and certified team leader or partner.

The IAQM Opportunity

In special air quality situations, IAQM will hire or contract various experts to help our team leaders design or implement the IAQM protocol.

IAQM has acquired, designed or developed the necessary specialized equipment needed to successfully complete each project. IAQM has everything from infrared cameras, particulate counters and fully outfitted decon trailers, to our exclusive Decontamination-on-Demand (DOD) vehicles. This specialized equipment is strategically located across the country, making IAQM well positioned to handle our clients' emergency needs anywhere within 24 hours.

If selected, IAQM will provide all the necessary tools our associates, team leaders and partners need to lead the air quality industry in their geographic area and to complete each project, including sales, sales support, estimates, environmental investigations, project coordination, scope writing and the qualified labor to perform each project.
