IAQM Warranty

IAQM will return to your site free of charge in the first year should any contamination resurfaces from the initial issue or the scope of work. No one else in the industry does a better job, and we stand by our work.

IAQM Extended Warranty for New Construction

A 10-year warranty is available for an additional fee. The fee is based on the square-footage of any structure treated with our exclusive, revolutionary antimicrobial sealing system.

We understand our clients want a proven process that delivers a quality product on time and in budget. We know this type of success requires a shared commitment from all parties involved. With IAQM's On-Time Guarantee our clients and their selected rebuild contractor will be able to make timely decisions and fully prepare the project for efficient construction.

How Does The On-Time Guarantee Work?
From the beginning of the process, IAQM's team works closely with our clients or their representatives to ensure that a complete scope of work and budget are prepared and ready for the start of the project.

Once the project begins, The IAQM Team continues to draw on our years of experience to keep the project running efficiently and on target. If additional issues arise that will affect the schedule - positively or negatively - IAQM's site supervisor will consult with headquarters to make sure the client has the necessary information to make educated decisions in a timely manner.

IAQM's On-Time Guarantee states that we will achieve completion by the agreed-upon delivery date. If IAQM is not able to meet this deadline, the client will receive a prorated rebate. To calculate the IAQM On-Time Guarantee rebate we use the following formula:

• IAQM's Total Project Fee divided by number of days subtract late days
• 20 day project 20 days late Project is performed for free
