IAQM's Nano-Enap is a revolutionary product developed through cutting edge nanotechnology exclusive to IAQM. It is the backbone of our preventive process and a tireless combatant against microbial growth. Named for its reliable encapsulation capabilities, Nano-Encap is the result of sophisticated research and testing. There is nothing comparable available in the industry and no product as durable, binding or breathable anywhere.

Applied easily with a roller, brush or airless sprayer, this breathable sealant protects wood, sheet rock and other porous materials from the threat of moisture. IAQM Nano-Encap was developed and tested on a variety of different surfaces and is used where mitigation of mold growth is important.

Following the application process, IAQM Nano-Encap destroys every chance of a growth-conducive environment. Made up of cross-linking polymers, Nano-Encap bonds itself to the cellulose in wood and paper, eliminating mold's nutrient sources. This clear semi-glossy, waterproofing yet breathable encapsulate also keeps the treated surface cleaner than its original state and absolves any moisture currently in the given material.
