Rebuild/Build Back Services
During mold remediation, contaminated building materials are removed. In most cases the original water damaged material cannot be salvaged. It is not the job of the remediation contractor to rebuild the premises. In most instances, an estimate of rebuild costs cannot be accurately prepared prior to the completion of deconstruction. Because of this, IAQM clients will always receive two bids which will separately cover the remediation and reconstruction. Always be wary of companies which lump the two services together or any company that insist that you must utilize them for both deconstruction and reconstruction.
